To provide early feedback on detailed complaints within 3 working days.
LICENSING
To process complete business licence application within 30 working days.
LEGAL
To review adopted laws and to legislate by-laws for the purpose of gazetting within 30 days from the date of application.
LANDSCAPE
To ensure tree cutting services are provided within 7 days with respect to the priority of application and the effected vehicles.
PLANNING
To ensure complete housing additions and renovations are processed and approved within 1 day.
TREASURY
To ensure payment is processed within 14 days after the complete application is received by the Treasury Department.
VALUATION & ASSET MANAGEMENT
To conduct site inspections visit and asset valuation works within 2 weeks from the date of the visit.
To make known the results of the application for the rental of Council’s building within 1 month from the application receipt date.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
To repair computer damages within 7 working days depending on the extent of the damage.
ENGINEERING
To appoint building contractors within 30 days from the closing date of quotation and 90 days from the closing date of tender offer.
OSC
To conduct the One Stop Centre (OSC) Unit Committee meeting twice a month and 24 times a year.
INTERNAL AUDIT
To provide preliminary report on auditing to the Department/Section within 14 days after the audit work is completed.
eLA UNIT
To resolve problems faced by eLA users within two (2) working days.
ENFORCEMENT DIVISION
To inspect and regularly patrol premises in the operations area twice a week.
CLEANLINESS
To ensure garbage collection is carried out as per schedule:
a) Business Premises (6 times a week)
b) Residential Areas (3 times a week)
